Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No card and no time limit: one branch, 3 users and 100 products, with every module switched on. It is where every new company starts.
What does the Free plan leave out?
Two kinds of customisation. On Free you use the four built-in roles (Staff, Manager, Finance and Branch admin) rather than composing your own, and documents print in the standard style with your logo rather than a design of your own. Both start on Starter.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing you have is removed or hidden. You simply cannot add another branch, user or product beyond the limit until you upgrade — and the message saying so tells you which limit it is.
How does per-branch pricing work?
Standard is charged for each branch you run, so a business with three branches pays UGX 105,000 a month. Users and products are unlimited in every branch.
How do I upgrade?
Get in touch and we will move your company to the plan you choose. Everything you have entered stays exactly where it is; the new limits apply straight away.
What does annual billing save?
Paying for a year charges 10 months and gives you 12 — two months free on any paid plan.
